The product arrived promptly. However, 1 of the 8 locks that were supposed to be in the package was affixed to the outside. I am guessing this is a returned package? Luckily I didn't need all 8 locks so 1 on the package as "example" still worked for me but made the price per unit a little higher. I haven't fully tested but based on my "example" on the package, this should work for my use case. I am using 2 locks to "lock" my trashcan from varmints. The magnetic release is handy for me as I don't have to worry about using a key. I can remove the straps but leave the "locks" so on garbage day the trash-man doesn't have to have the "key". The magnetic "key" works well and fully releases the straps so that I can tighten or remove it fully. 3 stars for the almost perfect product but a deduction for the useless 1 of 8 product already used on the packaging. If I could change something, I would make it so that either end of the stramp could slide thru the lock/latch. As is, only 1 end slides thru while 1 end has a stop at the first hole. Decent design, but the 3M sticking pads are not holding. Cleaned, sanitized; etc, but not holding. After a couple of weeks, almost all of them have failed.

These cabinet locks work exactly as intended. They are easy to use and to install.They are VERY sticky which is a good thing, but we will see how difficult it will be to take them off in a couple of years.They are quite versatile, we have even used one of them for some of the doors in our house and they work great.

I swear this brand can do no wrong. Everything ive gotten from them has been well made and thoughtfully engineered. This strap style of safety lock isnt the style i normally gravitate towards but in certain situations they make the most sense when clip hinge style or hidden magnet ones don't. These particular strap locks are great because they are super durable with thick flexible straps and they install with a thick pad sticker so no need for drills or any tools at all! The stickers are auper sticky and i like that you can adjust the tightness on the straps for maximum safety. These are invaluable for safety and just provide so much peace of mind so i can have just a little leas anxiety!!! Great value all around in functionality, design, ease of installation and ease of daily use!

I will start off my review by saying I absolutely love the Magnetic cabinet locks I received. They have helped me get my peace of mind back in knowing my one year old is not getting into anything bad or dangerous. They are easy to install and are light weight with adhesive strips already on the back of each side to make it easy to apply onto your cabinet with no mess to clean up. The quality of these magnets are top tear for me because no matter how much my son pulls on them they do not fall off. The only thing that does worry me is if i loose the magnetic key even though it comes with a set of two and the base to stick onto the cabinet to keep the key easy to reach and in site at all times. You are able to use the locks on any surface without damaging any furniture or appliance. I recommend this as a reliable and affordable product for parents out there looking to safety proof their house.

This set is exactly as described on the listing. It has good adhesion depending on the material your adhering it to. I got it as a backup set for my cabinets to prevent my baby from getting into them. It is nice that they are no drill so you don't have to spend hours attaching them. They are easy to use and set up. They make my home safer for my child. They seem to be good quality though definitely a generic brand of others I have had in the past. They aren't as polished and clean looking but they work and that's what matters. Overall they are a good option.

As someone with toddlers these are a must. They want to open everything and I have drawers that when pulled hard enough will open with a quickness. Which is a big no no. These are sturdy and the sticky part has been holding up really well

We have some very rambunctious toddlers who like to get into all the cabinets in our house (like all kids), and these have been great for helping us keep these cabinets closed/safe for them. They attached to the wall/door/cabinet very easily and have held on to the surface this whole time without buckling or slipping. The compatibility is a bit lower than I would have liked, so you have to be a bit strategic in their placement, but we've been able to find a use and a good placement for all the ones that we need for our kitchen. The lock works really well, too! We keep them in a drawer where the kids can't reach them, and it does get a bit unorthodox to unlock the strap when you have things in your hand(s), but I would gladly trade that for our kids' safety.

My toddler loves playing with our freezer, and I was just tired of picking up ice cubes from the floor so these have been a huge help, also I use magnetic cabinet lock for drawers and they all open with one key I always keep on the fridge. They’re not the easiest to operate but I think it’s worth it when it’s keeping my toddler safe.

These are NOT SAFE for your child! The keys are constantly falling on the floor, and when they fall on the floor they break open and a TINY magnet falls out that is a TERRIBLE choke hazard for babies and toddlers! These should be RECALLED!

My son figured out how to unlatch our old push button straps making them useless. We already use magnetic locks on cabinets, but they don’t work on our drawers. These fixed both issues!Adhesive is great and they are super easy to use. Highly recommend

Our little guy is in to everything now and these magnetic cabinet locks have helped tremendously.The "no-drill" feature was a must for us because we didn't want to mess up our cabinets by drilling new holes.I was worried these would not stick well but they are actually holding on great!Make sure to clean the surface beforehand and you should have good results too.So far, the little one has not been able to pull them off or figured out how to open them!!These have been easy to install and also easy to use after the fact (not all babyproofing items are easy for adults to use)Our little guy has not been able to open the cabinets with these installed and that has given us one less thing to worry about!

I have a 9 year old autistic child. And these locks keep him out of dangerous things. Which is fantastic. Easy to install.

Our toddler has figured out just about every baby proofing solution we've thrown at him, but these have stumped him completely. We use them on our closet and on the freezer because he kept helping himself to blueberries every chance he got. Both have stayed locked without any issues.No drilling was a big selling point for us and the 3M adhesive has held up solid, but can still come off when needed. Nothing has shifted or peeled, even on the freezer where there's constant temperature change and moisture. I did end up removing it to move it to the other side. It held on super well, but eventually I was able to cleanly get it off and reapply it without losing much of the strength.The magnetic key is really convenient for adults and I just leave it attached to the fridge or attached to the little block that is provided to stick it on the door. It's quick and easy to use so you're not fumbling around every time you need to get in. Two keys in the pack is a nice touch so you can keep one handy in a couple different spots.Eight locks in a pack gives you plenty to cover the spots that matter most. If you have a determined little one who keeps getting into things they shouldn't, these are worth every penny.

I thought these would be hard to understand how to use. It ended up being easy to install, and for the most part are doing well holding closed, the magnet strength is strong to keep the littles out. I could definitely use more for the bathrooms. Worth the purchase.

These lalalark strap locks work perfectly for the cabinets to keep little fingers out. My granddaughter has already smashed her little fingers twice playing with cabinet doors and drawers.
