Return Process
Please contact our customer service team and provide your order ID along with the reason for return. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process accordingly.
Return & Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, please review the following return requirements:

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of order placement.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

All returns and refunds require prior authorization from our customer service team.

If the return is due to a customer-initiated reason (such as placing an incorrect order or changing your mind), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For returns requested more than 15 days after delivery, an 18% restocking fee will apply.

Please use appropriate packaging for your return. Return packaging materials are not provided or reimbursed by lalalark.
Non-Returnable Items & Rejected Returns
Please note that returns may be rejected and deemed non-returnable if any of the following conditions apply:
*The product was not purchased directly from lalalark.
*The return package is sent with cash on delivery (COD) or any unpaid shipping method.
*The returned item does not match the product originally purchased.
*The product is returned without prior authorization from our customer service team.
*The product is returned without all original contents, including but not limited to the original packaging, accessories, manuals, parts, and any other items originally included.
Refunds
Refund Processing Time
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Non-Reimbursable Return Expenses
lalalark does not cover or reimburse any third-party costs incurred during the return process, including but not limited to the purchase of return packaging materials, boxes, or protective supplies.
All such expenses are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
lalalark shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, inability to use, or malfunction of the product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to the Warranty Policy
lalalark reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time. All changes will be posted on our official website, and the updated policy will apply to all products sold after the effective date of the change.
Warranty Exclusions
Under normal circumstances, lalalark provides warranty service for products with quality-related issues that arise within the applicable warranty period. However, this warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from the following situations:
Abuse: Damage caused by improper or excessive use, including but not limited to using the product in a manner inconsistent with the user manual (e.g., using a household appliance for industrial or commercial purposes).
Misuse: Any improper operation of the product, such as using an incorrect power source or connecting incompatible accessories.
Accidental or Intentional Damage: Damage resulting from accidents (including drops), negligence, or intentional actions by the user.
Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any repair, modification, or disassembly performed by unauthorized individuals or service providers will void the warranty.
