How long will it take to receive my package? Order processing may take 1–2 business days before shipment. After dispatch, the estimated delivery times are as follows: Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days Kindly note that delivery times are estimates, and most packages arrive within or before the stated timeframe. Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
How can I cancel my order? We kindly ask that you carefully review your order details and shipping information prior to completing your purchase.If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and provide your order ID. We will make every reasonable effort to stop the shipment before it is dispatched.To ensure timely delivery, we begin processing orders promptly after they are placed. As a result, some orders may be shipped within just a few hours of purchase.Once an order has been shipped, we regret that it can no longer be canceled or intercepted. I made a mistake in my shipping information at checkout. How can I change it? Mistakes happen! Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible with your order ID — we’ll do our best to update the shipping information before the order ships.To avoid delays, please double-check your address before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the address because some carriers don’t allow it, and others may charge extra fees or have complex procedures.We recommend monitoring your tracking information. If the package is delivered to the wrong address, you may contact the original recipient to see if it can be forwarded. In some cases, packages with incorrect addresses may be returned to us. If this happens, contact Customer Service, and we can help reship to the correct address. Please note: If an incorrect address results in a package not being received, lalalark may not be able to provide after-sales compensation.

If your package is still within the estimated delivery window, hang tight! Most packages arrive on time. Keep in mind that during holidays like Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Christmas, shipments may take a little longer than usual.
My order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do? If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please first verify that the shipping address on your order is correct.
