How long will it take to receive my package?

Order processing may take 1–2 business days before shipment. After dispatch: Expedited Shipping takes 2–3 business days, Standard Shipping takes 5–7 business days. Delivery times are estimated. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

How can I cancel my order?

Please check your order details carefully before payment. If you need to cancel, contact customer service with your order ID as soon as possible. Orders may be shipped within a few hours after placement. Once shipped, cancellation is not available, and return shipping fees will not be covered by lalalark.

I made a mistake in my shipping information. How can I change it?

Please contact customer service with your order ID immediately to modify the address before shipment. After dispatch, the address cannot be changed. If the package is delivered to the wrong address, you may try to forward it or contact us for reshipment. Lalalark is not responsible for compensation caused by incorrect addresses.

Where is my package?

Log in to your account to check the tracking number first. If the delivery time is not exceeded, please wait patiently. If the delivery is delayed or tracking stops updating, contact us for help. Shipments may be delayed during holidays like Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

My order shows as delivered but I haven't received it.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Our official website only ships to the 48 contiguous states of the United States. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam are not supported for now. Overseas customers can purchase through our Amazon store for international shipping.
