How long will it take to receive my package?

Order processing may take 1–2 business days before shipment. After dispatch: Expedited Shipping takes 2–3 business days, Standard Shipping takes 5–7 business days. Delivery times are estimated. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders may be shipped within a few hours after placement. Once shipped, cancellation is not available, and return shipping fees will not be covered by lalalark.

I made a mistake in my shipping information. How can I change it?

If the package is delivered to the wrong address, you may try to forward it or contact us for reshipment. Lalalark is not responsible for compensation caused by incorrect addresses.

Where is my package?

Log in to your account to check the tracking number first. If the delivery time is not exceeded, please wait patiently. If the delivery is delayed or tracking stops updating, contact us for help. Shipments may be delayed during holidays like Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Great Buy!

I don't usually write reviews but this potty ladder chair is incredible, and I think all parents should know why our family thinks so. We previously had the other brand with the cushion seat and it got disgusting all the time, but also the "screws" kept falling off and eventually were lost. This potty seat doesn't have screws and not having the cushion seat is a huge plus. Simple cleaning, simple to put together and my 19 month old and 4 year old like it and can easily move it around themselves. We love this!

We set this potty training ladder up in the bathroom for our daughter, and it has been a fantastic addition to our daily routine. The frame is completely stable, and the anti-slip pads on the feet keep the steps firmly planted on our floor so she can climb up safely on her own. The handles are easy for small hands to grip, and the extra splash guard design is a great touch. It folds up cleanly to sit out of the way when the adult toilet is being used, making the whole transition stress-free.
